We were blessed to welcome the outstanding Carole Gaskell at our most recent Aspire meeting to discuss the true effectiveness of coaching and some great tips to truly help in our conversations with employees, peers and managers.
Having vital conversations and being a brilliant coach is one of the most powerful ways of activating the most potential in a person or situation. How dramatically different would your conversations and results be if:

In this session Carole showed you how you can use powerful vital conversation techniques and coaching tools to improve productivity, performance and results. The aims of the session were:
- To radically improve your communication, impact and influencing skills – whether managing up, across or down.
- To provide a range of core coaching skills and cut-through techniques to raise people’s game and inspire them to much higher levels of behaviour, performance and results.
The event was highly-interactive, combining pragmatic ‘real-plays’ with reflective thinking and self-development exercises.
