Based in the East Midlands, our exclusive Nexus groups are for Managing Directors , CEOs and owners of SMEs who want to grow their organisation AND maintain a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle. We firmly believe that the two are not mutually exclusive – and we work together to find solutions to the problems that are holding them back. Our groups are 10-12 leaders each and all members go through a rigorous process to make sure the group is right for them… and they are right for the group.

Nexus Leaders is a non profit organisation. All coaches’ and speakers’ fees are visible to the Nexus members. Every year accounts will be available to all Nexus members and any surplus cash will be regenerated back into the business via extra workshops or reduced fees.
